Very good experience,very professional service from ldn transfers , very comfortable car ,Mercedes mini mpv . The driver even gives a small tour throw London from Heathrow airport . I will use ldn transfers in future and recommend ldn transfers to any one .

We needed a car service to get to the Tilbury docks from London to get to our cruise ship. We had been traveling for 3 weeks already in the UK, and just wanted someone to pick us up, handle our bags, and drop us off without all the hassle of using the bus/train/tube to get to the docks. London Transfers was the perfect solution. Very responsive, engaging, efficient and prompt. No issues at all with picking us up at our rented London flat and depositing us off right in front of the ship in Tilbury. Such a relief. Jose was our driver, and he was such a nice man - acting as a tour guide as we went along on our hour trip. Thanks London Transfers!

Alex was unbelievably professional, courteous, and pleasant. 5 star service; would highly recommend him to family and friends! He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and an overall great person. He took care of our family!

We (two adult couples) flew into LHR from Chicago and met our driver outside of baggage claim. The beautiful new van was a short walk away. Jose was very helpful and polite. We drove to Stonehenge and did a tour around that site - worth it. Then he drove us to Southampton for our cruise tomorrow. We had a very difficult time getting into our overnight apartment and Jose really helped us. He even let us use his phone as ours was having connection issues to the internet. Thanks Jose!!!

This was a great option for us. My wife had a knee injury and the train wasn’t an option. We fit seven adults and 7 bags / backpacks easily in the luxury van. It was nice as the back had seats that faced each other and plenty of room for everyone. A smooth ride and great driver. A bit spendy but worth it when trying to catch a flight at Heathrow.

private hire vehicle from hotel (Ashford-Kent) to Heathrow. Arrived at hotel sliightly early (yay), good driving with light commentary, delivery to proper Heathrow terminal. (yay).

Outstanding experience. Clear communication; pickup was exactly as expected and we were immediately at ease. The driver let us know what he had in store for us, and stuck to the schedule he'd outlined. He explained the Stonehenge segment, found a good spot, and was ready to depart when we were. Great second segment to Southampton. Would definitely recommend to anyone making a Stonehenge stop on the way to Southampton.
