I cannot express how incredible the service has been at Heera Diamonds, I went into Heera to just browse back in November but Anita was super helpful and informative that I ended up placing an order for the perfect ring. All the staff at Heera are friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to meet their customers needs when it comes to choosing a ring. I was so impressed with this that I had to recommend Heera to family members and took my cousin along so he could choose a ring for his wife to be. I just recently popped in again to get my wedding band re-sized and get engraving. Once again, Anita made this possible and the staff at Heera were kind and attentive. Words cannot really highlight how happy and pleased I am that I went to Heera , I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for that perfect ring for their big day.

Nothing but praise for the team at Heera, especially Gemma who guided me through the purchase of a beautiful engagement ring. I went back and forth to the shop several times whilst making my decision and was not rushed once. Instead I was welcomed back, offered drinks, speaking at length about the overall engagement plan. Gemma gave me an education in diamonds, explaining the importance of the "four c's". She completely put me at ease purchasing such an important item and presented a huge choice of bands and diamonds. Come the day when I turned up with two mates to seal the deal, everybody was made welcome and they even opened a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Anita was lovely too and clearly has so much experience! I was recommended this shop by a family member and would recommend to anyone reading this!

Heera Diamonds and the team there are incredible! Led and owned by Mahesh who is the most helpful and genuine guy you will ever meet in the industry! He really cares about his customers and the team he hires do to! Mahesh will go above and beyond and out of his way to make you happy with any jewellery you might be interested in buying. I wanted to treat myself with some diamond earrings for a milestone birthday and I spent a lot of time in a lot of different boutiques in Hatton Gardens looking at diamonds and styles. I happened to walk into one of the Heera boutiques and I met Mahesh. He was so kind and spent 30 minutes introducing me to “the world of diamonds” and what was important for me to know and look for when I was to buy. He was not trying to sell me anything but purely telling me what I should look for when looking around. After meeting him, I however, had no doubt that it would be from him I wanted to buy my precious diamonds from. A year has now passed since I bought by earrings and I have never taken them off since. I am so so so happy with them. Mahesh and team helped me design them and we looked at several diamonds and sizes and specs to find me the perfect ones. Gemma is amazing too. I could mention many names from Heera who have been lovely through the past couple of years knowing them. If you buy from Heera you will be a customer and friend for life. They will look after you and give you the best rates in the market, but also make sure you only walk away with jewellery that have exceeded your expectations!
