We booked a one way since we were unsure where final hotel would be. (28 Dec). The driver was on time in the location described. However, he was apparently concerned with his parking fee and walked very quickly to the parking area. At 75, I was unable to keep up but my wife did. On 2 Jan, we requested a trip back to LHR for 3 Jan but never received a response. We hired another service.

Firstly, on behalf of anglostransfers, we would like to apologise for driver walking too quickly. Parking fees at London airports are very expensive and drivers tend to try to move as fast as possible to minimise expenses. Having said this, we have already had a chat with the driver, and we are going to make sure something like this does not happen again. Sorry. Regarding your trip back to London Heathrow airport, instead of booking the service online as you did with the previous one, you requested a manual quote. Unfortunately, this delayed the booking process and, as there were already less than 24h for the service, it meant we could not offer you the trip back due to lack of availability. We are sorry.

We have taken different routes, those from the airport and back and others to and from Dover. All drivers arrived on time. They all contacted us beforehand via WhatsApp and clearly indicated the pick-up point. We had a delay on our outbound flight but we notified us by WhatsApp and there was no problem with the pick-up. When driving they were all cautious, no aggressiveness behind the wheel or distractions with devices. Very attentive at all times to whether we needed anything, temperature, sound, cable to charge a device, etc... Between so many trips we spent about 12 hours by car, and they were moments of relaxation, like going with a family member or a friend. My congratulations and gratitude to all the drivers and team!

The transfer was very punctual and there were no incidents. Everything was great, they provided you with the driver's information the day before and the driver even contacted you directly by WhatsApp so that you could locate him. Special mention to the driver we had, 10 for politeness, kindness and friendliness. We will use the service again when we return to London. Thank you!

The experience has been very good, the driver contacted us the day before, making sure that all the information was correct and wishing us a good trip. Upon arrival at the airport he was there on time, spoke Spanish, very friendly, helpful, waiting to carry the weight of the suitcases, he also recommended places to visit. 100% recommended, I will count on Iberotransfers again when I return and on future trips. Punctual pickup, he was waiting for us in the airport hall with our name. He gave us directions and recommendations for sightseeing in London. Buenos día, el día 1 de mayo 2019, atendiendo a su invitación, formulé mi opinión acerca del servicio que ustedes nos prestaron, numero de reserva IT-78A80 e IT-B24CF. 15 días después no he obtenido ninguna respuesta por su parte, sin embargo he podido comprobar que ustedes si que responden a otros comentarios cuando tienen argumentos para rebatirlos, o cuando no se identifican con el número de reserva argumentando que sino hay numero de reserva no pueden contestar, en mi caso todavía no he recibido ninguna contestación, ni en la web de Iberotransfers ni en Tripadvisor, a continuación les vuelvo reproducir mi queja: Contratamos un traslado Luton-Londres y Londres-Luton para 4 personas. En la recogida en Luton, una persona que no era el conductor nos contacto via Whatsapp y via telefono para indicarnos que nos esperaban en el parking señalizado como Pick up, nos perdimos buscando el parking y tuvimos que contactar de nuevo por teléfono para finalmente encontrar el parking. Cuando llegamos el conductor no era la persona con la que habíamos contactado, ni tampoco hablaba español. En su web ustedes indican que nos esperan en la salida con un cartel y que los conductores de turismos hablan español, no se cumplió ninguna de las dos cosas. En el trayecto de vuelta, cuando llegamos a Luton pagamos el importe acordado en efectivo, pero aquí ocurrió lo mas curioso, el conductor nos pidió que le pagaramos 4 libras mas porque él las había tenido que pagar para acceder al centro y que sino se las pagábamos, las tendría que asumir él. Bien es cierto que se las pagamos porque quisimos, pero me pareció bastante desagradable la situación. Mi sensación es que ustedes son una plataforma que trabaja con personas con las que no hay una relación laboral estrecha, algo que no me da ninguna confianza cuando estás fuera de tu país y has confiado en algo por el gancho "conductores españoles o que hablan español", lamentablemente no volveré a contratar sus servicios.

Lamento su experiencia e ignoro por qué Iberotransfers no le ha contestado. Mi experiencia fue totalmente distinta. Tanto en la ida como en la vuelta nos contactó el chófer. A la ida, avisó que llegaría con un poco de tetraso por el tráfico pero como finalmente nosotras también nos demoramos llegamos casi a la vez. Nos dio botellas de agua gratis a las cinco personas que íbamos y nos recomendó lugares para visitar, era de orígenes Canarios como nosotras y empatizamos con él. A la vuelta el conductor era un señor de Melilla, de origen árabe con un español más que correcto, que llevaba muchos años en Londres y nos recibió a la puerta del hospedaje diez minutos antes de la hora prevista. Si has tenido mala suerte o alguien que no pertenece a Iberotransfers ha contactado contigo creo que será más efectivo contactar con Iberotransfers directamente e incluso denunciar a esa persona que les estafó a ustedes y a Iberotransfers

Hi! We are travelers from Singapore. We need a big cab that can transport 7 individuals from Euston Station (London) to our accommodation at Ashburn Court Apartments (near Gloucester Road Metro) at South Kensington.
The 7 individuals consists of 4 adults, a child who is 5 years old, another is 4 years old, and a lap sitting infant 1 year old. We are arriving from Birmingham on a Virgin Train, reaching Euston station at 1155am on 16th May (Thursday). Taking into consideration of walking out of train station and finding the correct exit, we need a cab that can transport us from Euston train station just before 1230pm.
