From start to finish, the whole experience was so scary and nerve wrecking, I have never screamed so much in my life. Definitely not for the faint hearted or anyone with anxiety or claustrophobia. The staff were so friendly, actors brilliant and venue along with special effects fantastic. From start to finish it was pretty intense. It was hard not... More

I'm an ex-Londoner and this was embarrassing to show my partner. We'd been intending to visit the dungeons but they've moved, and so we gave this a try. There is almost no history or background accompanying this 'tour'. Like the London Dungeon it is more of a theatre experience than a history activity. (Lots of actors and scripted shows with... Been twice now absolutely brilliant, bit costly but well worth the cost. Took the family wife plus three kids, if you want to hold onto someone tight as they scream or you want to grab someone and hold tight this will provide a perfect excuse. If they or you like a thrill you will love this

Fantastic but scary for this older lady! Amazing history lesson of the not so glamorous side of early London. The actors were terrific and the venue lighthearted and fun - not so excited about walking around in the "pitch Dark" not know what was going to happen next BUT that's is of cause the idea of it all. So glad... More

Staying in London for a couple of nights for a birthday treat. Thought we(Family) would go here for a birthday visit. While waiting to go in, the young lady entertaining us outside clocked on it was my birthday. So I was very surprised and honoured to hear ' Happy Birthday' being sung to me over the speaker. The London Bridge... More

With the Tower Bridge Experience, you take the elevator up the the walkways 30 meters above the street level and learn about the construction of the Tower Bridge and how bridges are built in general. It is not a detailed exhibition, but just enough to satisfy (non-bridge-expert) adults, teenagers and kids. You will also have a great view over London... More

Visited the bridge experience whilst on a weekend stay in London. We chose this due to the good reviews on TripAdvisor and after looking at their website. We booked our tickets online 10 minutes before entry which saved us over £10. It was very good, all of the actors were brilliant and made it. Their history and knowledge was very... More

Got 2 for 1 tickets for this attraction which worked out at very good value however I am sorry to say I would have been disappointed if I'd paid full price. The attraction started off really well with some great performances from actors telling their various stories & setting the scene. Unfortunately the format changed during the middle and you... More

Comparing to London Dungeon, I'd rather recommend the latter. At the Tomb part you'll be scared from the actors who suddenly come out to scare you. However, my teenage daughter like it there. I personally am disaapointed.

We had a London pass so skipped the line. This is quite well done but may be very scary for some especially the end. It is a bit gory, stairs, low ceilings, and some very tight fits. Chainsaw.

Staying in Southwark

Neighbourhood Profile
Southwark
Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard, the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street, foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest attractions such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. Despite Southwark's many popular draws, instant calm can be achieved easily by turning down almost any side street. For more urban buzz, a quick stroll across famed bridges like the pedestrianized Millennium Bridge or the ever photogenic Tower Bridge yields access to the very core of Central London. And with London Bridge Station as this neighbourhood's main transportation hub, getting across town (or to anywhere in England for that matter) is a relative breeze.
