Without a shadow of a doubt Bold Street is one of the busiest streets in the city .
Roughly starting from Hanover Street and running down to St Lukes Church ( Bombed Out Church ) this street is a hive of activity both day and night ,architecture along the street is superb and mostly Victorian era with modern buildings also ,all manner of pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants lining the street, its a street to most definitely check out if you're planning a trip to Liverpool City Centre.

Amazing vintage and Indie stores, including Soho's, Bull Vintage and Cow Vintage. Bought some fab Soho's Y2K baggies, and a really inexpensive vintage leather. Lunch at Egg cafe nearby. Great day out!

Along one of the most popular of city streets is to be admired great variety, both architectural styles and dining choices.

At one end is the evocative St Luke's Bombed Out Church, well worth visiting for its powerful story. From its steps lovely expansive vistas of the street can be seen.

It was ornamented with attractive purple flora overhanging the streetscape at numerous points. Adding a summer festive feel to the area.

At the junction with Concert Street is the imposing sculpture Reconciliation symbolising bridge building between peoples.

At the Central Station is another splendid building, originally known as The Lyceum. In grandly Neoclassical styling it dates from 1802 and served as a newsroom and the country’s first subscription library.

Through various roles, including from 1984 for 20 years as a Post Office, it has had many owners.

Throughout our stay in the exciting city we enjoyed delicious meals in some of the dining outlets.

Loved Bold street! The ships are busy and vibrant. Loved Resurrection and Dig vinyl for shopping and Twines for coffee. A lovely walk to get to St John's church from city centre.

We visited Bold Street last October half term, for the umpteenth time, have been visiting this lively vibant part of Liverpool for a few years now after discovering it a few years ago. So many shops, boutiques, eateries, here, and a great feeling of something special. Love Liverpool generally, but this is not to be missed, as my teenager will definitely agree with. We especially love the t shirt boutique shops, and the chippy near the 'Burnt out' church at the top, and lovely Anglican Cathedral, with its arty stain glass windows, The chippy which has a great vibe of its own is not to be missed and is open till late, lovely fish and chips.

Running from Hanover Street down to St Luke's Church ( Bombed Out Church ) is Bold Street ,one of the most vibrant streets in Liverpool.
Home to lots of bars, restaurants, cafés and fast food establishments and some interesting looking retail outlets ,we walked down this street heading to some real ale pubs ,the street looked cool ,very busy ,a very vibrant street indeed.
If you're in the area or planning a holiday to Liverpool it's a street I highly recommend you check out.

Very disappointing. I was looking forward to seeing lots of independent, arty shops. Instead it was a shabby street of mainly fast food joints.
