This magnificent building is surrounded by many fairly boring run of the mill big blocks.This is why when you walk round the corner and see it you are pleasantly surprised as it fills your view. Great asset for the city.

Liverpool has some wonderful old buildings - from Pier Head to St George's Quarter, and the Town Hall is a lessor known one. Still, if you are a building buff, this one is also worth seeking out (it's not that difficult to find).
