The award-winning ‘The Beatles Story’ is the world's largest permanent exhibition devoted to telling the story of The Beatles’ rise to fame. Located in the Fab Four’s hometown of Liverpool on the stunning UNESCO World heritage waterfront at the Albert Dock, The Beatles Story takes visitors on an immersive journey through the lives, times, culture and music of the world’s greatest band. Multi-media guides are available in eleven different languages including Brazilian Portuguese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Polish, Russian, Spanish and Korean, and are narrated by John Lennon’s sister, Julia Baird.

The museum is ok. I am not necessarily a huge Beatles fan, but I like some of their music and am always interested in history and learning new things. The headsets were really nice and let you go at your own pace. Unfortunately at the...More

Visited with some family who are more Beatles fans than I am. However I felt like I learnt a lot more of their story and it did not disappoint. You go around with a personal headset, which I personally feel gets in the way a...More

Book in Advance to skip the Queue and try and go for a less busy time. Tour is on audio unescorted. You have to go with the slow flow but there's plenty to read and hear.

Seriously?? What was that?? Never mind the entrance fee, what a dilapidated sorry excuse for a “museum.” I can’t believe there isn’t a more massive and well polished exhibit of the Fab Four. Unimpressive to say the least. Audio guides drag out a tour that...More

Brilliant spending time to delve into the Beatles history you are supplied with a headset and audio guide and have as much time as needed to look around and lose yourself in the Fab Four and their journey.

I brought this as a package, also did the ferry on the Mersey with this ticket. You get headphones when you go in, and a hand set, you select your language and follow the path around, and listen and watch the screen too. Lot's of...More

Interesting and informative exhibit BUT we spent more time in line/queue than in the exhibit . . . . . even though we purchased our tickets ahead of time on-line. There is ONE line for both pre-purchased and on-site purchased tickets. . . . ....More

Very unlikely. It is also dark, has sound effects and is crowded in places so not fair to dog really.
