This is purely a review of my experience of the record shop upstairs, not the bar, which I didn't go in. I was visiting Liverpool for the first time and was quite looking forward to going to this unique record shop. So I went at...More

It’s a cool bar inside, it plays good mainstream indie music. I found one of the male bartenders on the ground floor really rude (I’m not saying all of them are, just this 1). I was buying 2 tequila shots for me and a girl-friend...More

Nice place in the trendy/bohemian area. Decent pub, obviously a popular spot, I think they regularly have live music downstairs. Only negative is the price of a pint - £4ish

Decent sized old school club on the over populated skater street scene. Good beers, quick service, good sounds.

I was there some years ago and you can still breath the atmosphere of the early sixties when the John Lennon and Stuart Sutcliffe were there. Very nice place indeed.
