This is the second time we have attended the Victory Show. In 2014 the parking and organisation was poor. Our impression was that it was a money making exercise with beer tents and overpriced traders. However we gave it another go on Saturday 9th September...More

Just be aware parking is in a field not so good if you have a motorcycle like I do or a small car but apart from that the show is great well worth a visit if weather is good

We attended in 2016 for the first time and found the event terribly unorganized. We felt there was too much traffic in the show ground and at times if felt really unsafe!! The stalls sold what can only be called 'junk' and second hand rubbish...More

This is a participant's perspective and we're as much spectators at the show as everyone else. It was an excellent show in previous years but sadly others have caught up with the atmosphere that was unique to Victory and it's slipped back a little bit,...More

Another brilliant year at The Victory Show. With so many re enactors to talk to they show pure enthusiasm for what they do. Great settings in the woods and a superb land battle in the afternoon. Our friends were on their first visit and were...More

You can catch the 84 bus from St Margarets bus station in Leicester city centre. I recommend getting off at the Park Close stop in Cosby. walk towards the co-op, then turn right and follow the croft road.

They are, but personally I wouldn't take a dog because of the noise from the battle.
