We visited today for my birthday. We have been a few years ago over easter and really enjoyed it, so as we were in the area decided to go back. It was quiet initially which was lovely, until a school trip joined in the fun, staff were terrible at keeping a look out for people pushing in queues and messing... More

Really enjoyable, our niece loved it. Seems to be a tad expensive these days though - especially if you want to pay for the extra activities.

Visited here today and had a great time. Word of advice, unless you have children, go In the week. It was pretty much dead. Didn't aye more than 5 minutes for a ride and at times had the wave pool to ourselves. Also had tickets to the spa, which we stayed in for all of 5 minutes. Not the best.... More

We are a family from Taiwan and we visited the Sandcastle Sunday 7th May 2017. We were very impressed with the rides which catered for my daughters both aged 15yr and 4 yr. We ordered food which was really good quality and the people were helpful and polite. I will recommend the Sandcastle waterpark to any visiting families from Asia... More

Lovley water park but very overpriced !! Basically you can go on 3 slides the rest you have to pay a extra fee on top of your entry fee which is ridiculous !! Also there was a horrible smell comming from a few of the drains and the pipes on the water..... could do with a clean!!! And At least... More

My friends and I had a brilliant time here today. Yeah the prices aren't great but I think it's worth every penny. The slides are so awesome, such fun. Paid extra for the spa but ended up not using it as it smelt funky.

Me my partner n 3 girls visited here for the 1st time in April on our trip to Blackpool. When you walk into the pool area it takes your breath away it's stunning however it cost us nearly 70 pound and when we got in we could only go on 3/4 slides as you have to pay up to £8.75... More

Fantastic water park!! Would 100% recommend for a family day out. Would recommend getting there early - we visited a weekend in May which was not a bank holiday and by the afternoon you could see the difference in slide queues I would imagine in the height of the summer season this place gets rammed!!! That speaks for itself though... More
