Travelled from the pleasure beach to the imperial hotel didn't get a great deal of help describing where the stop was but we found. Tram clean with 2 conductors so not bad in those terms

I am sorry that the conductors were not helpful when it came to letting you know what stop you needed. This is unusual as the conductors are normally very knowledgeable and helpful. Hope we can be more helpful on your next visit.

Great tour sad to hear the heritage trams are only running because of volunteers. Very friendly staff.

The trams in Blackpool are a great way to enjoy your holiday. They look lovely when they are lit up. It's a great way to enjoy and see the illuminations.

You can buy your ticket up to 12 months prior to using it. Make sure you do not activate the ticket until you are about to use it.
