The restoration work is still going on and we noticed some improvment since last year, also noticed they have started the restoration of the ornimental seating along the pier that is going to be a long task but nice to see it progressing.

What a shame, the pier has not been looked after, there's not much on this compared to other. It's old and not well cared for. What a pity, should close it or dismantle it.

In great need of refurbishment , there were a few sweet shops and a t room , at present it is undergoing upgrading , should be better when complete

I went for a walk down the north pier. I saw a sign saying their was regeneration work being carried out . The planks in places looked in bad condition , the seating on the sea edge looked very rusty. The little train for children...More

Right down the end of the pier is a cafe, great views of the sea and also of blackpool seafront. Good coffee reasonable price.

Never been on this pier till this summer. Not has good as central and south piers. Will not be going on again. We will stick to central pier.

We visited north pier to see a comedian show ,it was on a Sunday afternoon for 2 hours ,,a fab show on every Sunday ,and it's free .we laughed for the whole 2 hours

Plenty of places to rest whist enjoying the views and sea air. Railings prevent you from falling into the sea. Entrance is free! Needs a paint and spruce up job, floorboards bit Humpty Dumpty.
