Visited all three piers whilst in Blackpool, although having less rides etc than the others we found this one and its history to be the most interesting.

Went for a stroll on here - a little more sedate than Central pier. Loved the olde world feel to it and the train track running down.

We stopped off at the pier today for some fish and chips, only £3.50 a portion and they're delicious. Sat outside in the sun for a while, great friendly atmosphere down there.

We strolled to the end of the pier one Wednesday afternoon and were delighted to discover that there was a man playing the organ and an area where we could dance. Thankfully it was a lovely sunny day & we all enjoyed ourselves. Refreshments, including...More
