This is in the village of Orton: 20 minutes drive from Penrith and is on the quiet outskirts - useful if you want a cafe away from the manic tourism of a hot day in the centre of the village.

A great friendly place to stop, the choice of cakes makes it hard to choose, the lemon drizzle is excellent and portions very big,the scones are good. It was so relaxing that we went back the next day. Wonderful place great food
