This garden is beautiful. Take a look around the church also, stunning. Then visit the gingerbread shop for home made gingerbread the best I have ever had.

A little spoilt by people putting plastic flowers on benches, why? Maybe September is a bad time to visit as it looked as if it could do with a good tidy after the summer.

What a beautiful garden, so peaceful. Loved looking at the tombstones and, of course, Wordsworth family graves.

Popped in on an inclement late afternoon having visited the gingerbread shop. Beautifully maintained and thoughtful garden. As the title implies, I suspect you probably want to visit when the daffs are in bloom. Nice digression from the crowds.

The garden was developed to help raise funds for the maintenance of the church next door. Wadsworth and his family are buried here among the wild daffodils, hydrangeas and many other perennials.

Nice little garden to sit and eat your gingerbread in (Gingerbread shop is just next door). It was nice but nothing spectacular so imagine you need to come see it in the Spring when the daffodils are out.
