Beautiful Lake, Stunning Walks, Some gentle hikes, wonderful place to enjoy a picnic - options abound -suitalbe for all ages and abilities! A must see if you are in the lakes or even in England! Don't missing some of the most stunning natural scenery!

There is a lovely drive along the edge of the lake with great views and occasional view points. Also some great "hotels" to stop for a drink etc.

Walking around this lake is good for all abilities. Lots of routes to chose from. Flattish and easy walking. Great views of the surrounding hills.

Views as far as you can see. A wonderful lake with plenty to do on it boat trips boat or canoe hire. There are also a few villages around the lake that are worth a quick visit.

Hi, I was staying up in Dockray so walked down passed Aira Force which has ample parking and its free if you are a National Trust member, but there are also numerous spots to park at along the way.
