Visited this area of Tunbridge Wells today on a warm sunny day. There was a market going on in the area which had brought a lot of people to the area. Very nice area to escape to, from the normal things of a modern town.

Popped to The Pantilles for visit and was quite disappointed, most of the shops were closed and seemed to be full of coffee shops and restaurants. I thought there would be more there. The most annoying thing was no public toilets and had to buy...More

As a local I can recommend a visit here. Basically it is the older part of the town and a couple of hundred metres long, containing one off shops and many eateries and coffee places. Lovely in summer sitting out in olde world surroundings. Various...More

In a sense it does not change, but the shops sometimes look tired and sometimes look interesting. I think they are improving. The new build next door may regenerate the area, or it may not. You could easily film a Georgian novel here without changing...More
