Made one last visit to chat to Paul and thank him for the good times and good beer I have always had here. A quiet oasis, in an increasingly pub frenetic Ramsgate Harbour area, for good real ales where conversation can not be avoided, often...More

A nice place. Really worth a visit. Beers and wines are on a blackboard which change fairly regularly. Nice snacks which are freshly prepared. It's a small place but very friendly. Somewhere a little bit different.

Thankfully on this visit there were no children wandering about making noise. The service was great so was the ale. Good conversation . Memorabilia on the shelves , book swap shelf. We shall return.

Popped in for a quick drink on a Friday evening. It is a quiet, unassuming place that looks likes someone's rather stark front room with hard searing rather than sofas. It was like a sketch from the Two Ronnies. The locals sat there, silent, staring...More

Great homely pub just off high st. Dog friendly and accessible with pram. No bar area u order from board and drinks are brought to you. Food board serving sandwiches and snacks. Great host who chats to customers. U.
