Nice Sandy beach

Nice sandy beach, clean and well looked after. there is a ridge of stones and pebbles once the tide goes out. Car park nearby but expensive. Water quality is nice and clean

This is a lovely sandy spot for a stroll. The toddler loved splashing in the sea and great to see lifeguards on patrol thanks to the RNLI. Watch out for the odd spot of glass near the top of the beach. Otherwise a great place to spend some lovely time in the sunshine.

Beautiful sandy beach. Kept very clean. Things for the kids to do and deck chair and umbrella hire! Not as commercialised as a lot off places. Loved it, would visit again.

We had a lovely time on this beach. Great little beach bar. Hired deck chairs and umbrella. They also hire wind breaks and sun beds. Great place for children- very attentive life guards.

Love a walk in this beach. It's dog friendly from Sept to May. Lovely beach but they the council could do with emptying the bins more

The sands are excellent for kids to build sand castles and the water is quite shallow. When the tide is out it is possible to walk to Broadstairs and there are plenty of places to buy ice cream, snacks or drinks and even full meals close by.

Spent a couple of hours relaxing after visiting the Ramsgate Tunnels. Clean, not busy, which is great. Toilets just a short walk towards the harbor, and a small shop

We had a fantastic time here and really enjoyed the lovely family experience. There were plenty of amenities both there and nearby to eat and drink at. An overall good experience and would thoroughly recommend to other families

Lived in Ramsgate for many years but never really been on the main beach front, went for a family walk and day out and surprised to see the facilities available, great beach side bars and cafes and local chippy and pubs with ample outside seating. Great beach with lifeguard, great for kids. Really surprised.
