Interesting exhibition about old map of the world and old books. Not very large, but worth the visit anyway.

Although the Mappa Mundi isn't Tutenkamune's treasures or the Crown jewels, it is nonetheless the oldest map of the world anywhere and so is fascinating to visit. It's worth taking s close look at the English translation before you view the real thing as this...More

Visited on a recent trip to Hereford. It only cost about £6 to get in and was definitely worth it. A very interesting exhibit and I'd recommend seeing it!

Don't miss this small but well curated exhibition at the back of the Cathedral. Fascinating for both the mappa mundi and the chained library with high quality explanations available. The highlight of our visit.
