We tried to go to the rifle museum but discovered it was closed until Feb- bit annoying that this information wasn't online or anywhere other than a sign on the front door.More

Visited Saturday morning . Paid £11 to visit all the museums on site ,but only had time to for The Royal Green Jackets-spent all morning . Excellent displays and exhibits. Can visit the others another time as ticket valid for 12 months .

Spent a very informative 3 hours here,we paid to see all the museums on the site,but only had time to visit the Royal Green jackets,,the gentleman on the till(an ex green jacket) was very helpful and knowledge,would definitely recommend a busy if your in Winchester
