Arrived from train station given directions to hotel really welcomed.popped in following day for a snack they all asked did we don't hotel ok .warm and friendly home made scotch eggs outstanding thanks for your welcome lovely pub .

Really good real ale bar, friendly service, very good prices by Winchester standards. Near the train station. Flower pot brewery owned bar, so decent selection of their beers. Definitely worth a visit
