We visited the gallery specifically to view the exhibition "Capture the Castle" as we love visiting castles around the country. We were amazed at the variety of paintings and drawings. It was helpful to have a brief description of the artist and the castle alongside...More

I've been to the gallery a few times over the years, I really do enjoy to get lost in the art work. The kids loved it too, would recommend for a family day out!

Whilst not a huge gallery, it does house over 5000 pieces of artwork and there are regular exhibitions. Free entrance well worth a visit.
