Excellent campas with amazing examples of armoury throughout history. Big section on world war.2 Staff are friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. Purpose built and we'll done.

Visited in the summer when the Poppy display was there, great experience. Good information all round, nice gift shop, good parking with assistants to keep everything moving. Wonderful views from the top of the hill.

Yes, you pay £3 to use the car park - even if you just want to sit in your car and admire the view.
