Came across park whilst walking around Cirencester. What a great place, people friendly, one long walk, view from top looking back onto the church tower amazing, and all lined by chestnut trees.

Always lovely walking here whatever the season. You can really stride out along the main drive, or take advantage of the shaded woodland in the current heatwave. Plenty of room for everyone! There’s now an added bonus of a coffee van near the entrance. Sociable spot.

Plenty of walking to be achieved around this huge park. One very long straight path . Definitely a dog walkers paradise .

We used this path to get from our campsite to the town. The dips and troughs make it seem endless. Worth a visit.

If you're after a nice long walk, then this place is ideal. It's also a nice place to see horses grazing in a field. On occasion, someone riding a horse may pass you!

Very large park near the centre of town. Some lovely views of the town and parish church. Somewhat easy to get lost in due to several branching paths. Lovely trip particularly in nice weather

We were out for a good long walk and the dog walkers had to stop at the first 'no dogs beyond this point' sign, turn around and head straight back to town. The best part of the park lay beyond the canine playground and satisfied...More

Parking in Cirencester is relatively easy, we have never had a problem getting a space. The car park we always use is the Waterloo. You can walk straight through into the high street from there, not a long walk, also the Old... More

there were lots of dogs in the park when we were there. Lots of open space and woodland with paths (although not wheelchair accessible in my opinion). The main path up through the park is wide and smooth, so would assume... More
