This building had been closed and derelict for many years (30+) The creation of the place into varies activities was a ray of hope that was very soon extinguished! Come on someone, surely this land/building could be used better than this.

Love it here, always something happening here, very different from most of Hastings venues but, day and night there is something for adults and children going on. Good food, great for veggie and some vegan dishes. Think most of the furnature and decoration is up-cycled...More

At last something has been done with this building. It has become a great cultural centre. I understand that as the student flats are no longer being built on top of the building there may be a problem with it,s financial stability.shame.

Like so much of Hastings, pretentious middle class cool or a derro hang out. Why must we have an attempt at Notting Hill on sea? Good to see attempts to improve this wreck of a town, but this doesn't help. Vanilla lattes anyone?

Visited for a fashion show event last week with my husband. We have lived in the area for about 3 years now and have never set foot inside! The building itself still feels pretty industrial but modern. The decor feels very alternative and creative. A...More

We visited this iconic building in the hope they did something fantastic with the inside of it. What a joke. We spent all of 2 minutes inside. It looked like all the homeless people of Hastings happened to visit at the same time as us.
