This has to be the worst music venue I've ever been to, and believe me I've been to many around the world over the years. The dingy room downstairs has very low ceiling beams which means you cannot see above the folks in front, and...More

Yes, it's sticky!!!!! Fun, lively - just what you need on a weekend 😀 Music is cheesey, but cheerful, can dance and enjoy. Downstairs a bit too heavy for me.

Visited the pub lately as a friend of mine was DJing. Everything was fine, nothing really to complain about. Nice staff and bouncers, good quality PA.

Rubbish venue for gigs. Horrible experience. Sound bouncing around and distorting the music. Painfully intense lights at the back of the stage blinding the audience. Lots of people complaining about the lights. Claustrophic. And the place stank of disinfectant.More

Hello Camilla... we're sorry you didn't enjoy the show. The band were really happy with the sound on the night so not sure why you would think this. They had their own sound person with them and he was very happy with how it sounded....More

It is what it is - friendly bar mostly full of students, live music and disco afterwards, little pricey but so is most of Brighton.

A monthly comedy night with the fantastic Brian Gittins. Seriously, one of the best comedy nights in Brighton.. and probably the world. Always a great night. With great acts like Romesh Ranganathan, Al Murray, Richard Herring, Tony Law, Seann Walsh.. oh it's just brilliant. Great...More
