Visited for a one day event

Easy to find by public transport, very spacious campus with lawns and trees, all facilities, we met in the Meeting House. Amazing coloured glass windows!

As you drive into Brighton from the east on the A27 you know you are coming into Brighton because you can see some of the buildings of the university. It used to be the most noticed landmark, now the Amex Stadium is on the the other side of the road some might me more interested in looking at that than... More

This University Campus is very large being spread out over an area from Eastbourne to Brighton with disciples buildings that vary in age and quality Have studied at both Eastbourne and Brighton over time and used other facilities there such as the Sport venues and they have all been very good

My son commenced his undergraduate course in Economics & Finance last year. He loves it. The University has a multi-cultural atmosphere amidst a modern setting. Facilities are continually being upgraded. The grounds are beautifully maintained. There are a number of restaurants and cafes. While there are various accommodation options, there is generally a shortage of quality on campus accommodation which... More

I studied my MBA here and is a great under varsity with an amazing campus good bus and train links to Brighton and Eastbourne etc. Has a handy coop in Bramber building I use regularly and the bars are really cheap too. The education is fantastic and is a truly world beating university

Stunning location between the rolling South Downs and vibrant Brighton. Quirky nice sized campus with friendly people and original 60s architecture.

Organisation at the campus was well run and students' teams very helpful. Accomodation was above expectations and assistance was just great, considering that we arranged everything (including unpacking and shopping) the very first day.

The excellent 1960s architecture remains unspoilt by recent developments. I cannot imagine a more lovely place to study, between the South Downs and the sea and within minutes of all that Brighton has to offer. Pity the Government is making the poor children pay £9,000 a year in fees.

If you're thinking of going to Sussex University to study I'd say go for it. Things change of course, but I found it to be a wonderful place. Green campus, good bars, nice atmosphere, nice accommodation, right on the south downs, regular buses, away from the noise of the city for your first year, great socieities (Student Radio)....great option.
