Ive been here this weekend for a punk gig, the place is quite unique, beers on the tap, vegan cakes etc. Its a social place where you can volunteer to help the others. There's also an outside space for smocking etc

Very unique place in Brighton and the only social centre in the town. There is a cafe, bar, bookshop and library. Run entirely by volunteers, 100% vegan, with affordable prices and a focus on a local community. A must see for any alternative soul visiting...More

An alternative place for 'outsiders'. Closed Monday for Teaching English to refugees and immigrants. Lunch provided - soup kitchen. Vegan food. Small menu but plentiful menu. Library and lectures. Club with bar in the evenings. All welcome.
