My wife and I have participated on dozens of guided walks in Britain, France and elsewhere. Most guides are good, and occasionally they are brilliant. Julian was brilliant! If we were to put up a "top 5" of all the guides we have met, he...More

I have lived in Brighton and Hove for many years but Julian certainly added to my knowledge. Full of interest and humour, he has a great voice that carries through the hubbub of the tourists and ninety minutes sped by.

Our guide was relaxed and friendly. He welcomed everyone and chatted to us all. The tour was very interesting and pitched at the right level - informative - but not too much information! I found out lots of interesting facts about the history of Brighton.

In 90 minutes we learned a little bit about the history of Brighton, and our guide, Julian, pitched it as just the right level: not too worthy or academic, and delivered with a light touch. Heartily recommended.
