The walk is nice. It's good to take a stroll with other people. You will encounter dogs, runners, walkers, and cyclist. It's a long path with entrances to down to the water.

We went on a very hot day and this was not a good idea because there is no shade to be had, it is a good flat walk for the cooler weather.

Nice easy walk under the cliff; the whole way is paved and you really can't get lost. Interesting vistas, lots of places for a coffee along the way. If the waves are big, the can crash onto the footpath. Recommended !
