THE FIRST FILM STUDIO OF THE UK

A great piece of history - a place to take the waters and was the first ever location for a British Film Studio. Refreshments well kept and worth a picnic!

A really great park, something for everyone. The café is great there are tennis courts and lovely children's playground Really a great place to be, you have to watch out for community activities and there is sometimes an open air theatre production. Great for dogs and children.

Beautiful any time of year, the spring the crocus come out, multicoloured, the blossom is fabulous. The park is quite small but packs in a kids playground, open grass to sit on, table tennis, cafe, tennis court and historical interest as this is where the well was said to give healing waters, there's some interesting photos in the park.

This is a haven in the heart of the city. Also a good place to get some shade if you've had enough of full sunlight on the beach. The cafe is really good too.

w have visited the cafe a couple of times and although it is in a very nice spot I'm sad to say the breakfast in particular hasn't reached our expectations especially for the price. I would like to think we have been unlucky though,

Great place to go with kids-they can burn off a bit of energy & then enjoy a bite to eat. The food was basic with not a lot of choice but it was fresh & the coffee was good. Outdoor seating was available.

great park. allows barbecues. has an open air theatre. the day we went, they had a few jazz bands on which were very good and the atmosphere was great. the cafe let the place down, with the rude staff, as well as the dirty toilets.

HI there, are you sure this is St Ann's Well Gardens as we don't have an open air theatre? They have one in Dyke Road park. Best wishes Natalie The Garden Cafe More

Great cafe in the park. Went there with my little one and we both enjoyed our lunch. The cafe provides highchairs for young children and you can either eat indoors or outside. The food is nice and the staff are lovely.
