The food is always good, staff polite, situation awesome. Shame they open late, at least a dozen people waiting and fifteen minutes late in opening.

This is part of the south downs with views across the Sussex countryside for miles. There is a car park and a pub which is good for lunch
When I went here for a school trip the downhill was fine but the uphill... MY LEGS! They really did not like the uphill.

Devil's Dyke is a wonderful place for everyone at all fitness levels except wheelchair users who can sit and take in the beautiful views or take refreshment at the Devil's Dyke Tavern. Ideal place for gliding, kite flying and walking.
Well worth walking around the perimeter of this raised area overlooking Brighton and The Downs. Car park is a bit expensive but there is a nice pub at the top worth visiting too.
