We went to the pier on a family day out. It was sunny and busy. It was fun with the pennies trying to win this and that. It was nice seeing the clowns act silly in front of kids.

Honest answer is I am not sure if you are officially allowed, but they serve alcohol in the fish and chip restaurant and nobody was checking what anyone took onto the pier. So if you are discrete I can't see why not.

£10 for smaller children under 1.4 metres ; £20 over 1.4metres. Buy them from the booths at the end of the pier or from the roving sellers.
