We had the advantage of a 2for1 voucher to get in so it was only £35 for the 4 of us. As soon as we got in, it was great, you had so much around you to see and even though it was half term...More
Hello Dancing Queen, we are suitable for all ages as you found out. We are never too old to have fun. Shame you did not go on the Glass bottom boat as this would have added to your enjoyment even more.
I visited here recently with my boyfriend using a voucher so we got in for free. It was lovely, decorated very nicely and all the exhibits including the fish look well taken care of. We spent about a hour there looking around, and got to...More
Thanks for the kind words about the staff, service is something we are always proud to deliver.
Very nice place but too expensive. It's a shame that we have to pay extra for the glass boat, and other extras, it should be included in price. Also a shame that they are not enough information about the fishes ( like name, where they...More
Thanks for your visit Virginie and taking the time to review. It is not possible to include the boat on the ticket because of capacity. The boat has 3 crossings per hour with 12 people on each boat meaning we have a daily capacity of...More
Loved our visit to sealife today, little one enjoyed all of the fish and seeing the Shark tunnel and hunting for pumpkins, winning a medal at the end for her efforts! Pre book if possible as saves time and money on the day. If you're...More
Hi Sharon, we are pleased you managed to secure the cheaper tickets by booking online.
You can see there has been investment. The sea life centre here in Brighton was a pleasure to wander around. We have a family with two children aged 7 and 9 who both enjoyed the couple of hours spent here. We arrived at 10 before...More
Great advice about arriving early John, but a great time will be enjoyed at any time of the day.
Had a couple of hours to explore Sea Life towards the end of the afternoon. We had missed most of the planned activities, but did get to see the turtles being fed with a short presentation. These two turtles are an incredible size and 77...More
Hi Caff, 2 hours is enough for some people but like you pointed out, some can spend all day if they want too.
After reading all of the excellent reviews from other visitors I was excited about visiting Sea Life Brighton. It felt like it was going to be the highlight of the trip. It was very busy, quite small and lacking compared to other marine exhibits I've...More
Hi George, sorry that we did not meet up with your expectations following other reviews. October half term is one of the busiest weeks of the year so a little more crowded than other times, but I am pleased you found the staff friendly and...More
Can spend hours watching sting rays! Lots to do and see here. Worth the extra £4 for the glass bottom boat trip to see the sharks and stingrays swimming beneath you.
Hi Louise, thanks for commenting on the sting rays, sometimes they feel left out with the Sharks and Turtles taking all the credit.
One poor girl on the till at the souvenir shop whilst three staff stand around taking, asked if there was a chance of another till opening and was told they would see what they can do!?! Can't they operate a till was it below them!?!
Steven, there is little I can say apart from Sorry. You are absolutely correct this should not have happened. Customer Service is normally our priority and I am sorry you were let down.
