Great beach but has no sand. Loads going on with bars and restaurants. There was an art gallery on the beach. Possibly one of the best beaches in the U.K for atmosphere and entertainment

Pretty beach, Brighton Pier was very busy. Lots of cute shops along the boardwalk, close to all amenities.

My feet hurt, its not a beach. The water was dirty. People sat having barbecues and smoking weed. I wouldnt say it was a beach for young children. I lasted 5 minutes on it and my poor dog couldnt get off there quick enough.

Beware pebbles , plenty of beach front shops by bring something to sit on if you plan to spend time beside the sea.

Eclectic epitomises the Brighton experience at any time of the year. A stroll along the front is as 'must do' as is a walk on the pier. On a hot day it is buzzing with stimuli for all the senses. Just amazing. If you prefer...More

What a vibrant exciting place to be! Stoney beach nice and clean. Lots of places to eat, some nice galleries on the sea front and you can hire deck chairs for £2.50 for the day

Very touristy attractions which are qute expensive. Beach itself is nice. All pebbles, so great for kids to find nice pebbles and the odd shell. The pier is expensive but good for a stroll around.
