The exhibition part of this building needs to be the first thing you enter - not the shop! The museum is tucked around a corner so you don’t realise it’s there unless you search or ask. And when you do find the museum it’s amazing!...More

We turned up to the visitors centre prior to our walk to the mudeford beach huts and the visitors centre was a pleasant surprise. During Halloween week, the kids could enjoy pumpkin carving and I believe in the winter there are other crafty activities too....More

My first visit to Hengistbury for many years, and I was pleased to see that a Visitor Centre has opened, with some excellent displays, the staff were very friendly, and the centre filled with information on what is still a very special place.

We enjoyed visiting this centre which offers a lot of useful advice about the history and wildlife associated with Hengistbury Head. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a good variety of merchandise on sale.

We took a half-day trip to Hengistbury Head with a couple of friends, the visitor center is very informative, offers a wide variety of suvenirs, and you can get all tne necessary information what to see there.
