New cinema is really good and reclining chairs are a must. I will not watch a film any other way. Food and drink is a bit pricey but to be expected I guess. Beauty is you can have a bottle of wine whilst watching the...More

Today I took my granddaughter to the New Bournemouth Odeon. There was no Usherette in our theatre, so we had to find our seats in the dark and I'm sure we did not sit in the right row. I walk with crutches so someone with...More

The Westover Road cinema has closed. It has moved to the other side of the gardens in a new multiplex build called BH2. It has numerous popular restaurants around the building. No dedicated car parking.

We visited specifically to see a particular film; unfortunately the film was in cinema 2 which is at the top of two very long flights of stairs with no disabled access. I walk with a stick and the climb was difficult for me, but I...More

Watched fantastic beasts here during twixmas. Really friendly staff who even gave us free premier seat upgrades. Loved the really big theatre style auditorium & screen. Felt quite nostalgic, in a good way! Not as modern as most other odeons but this meant prices were...More
