When we did the walk it was raining and cold but great views from the top loved torquay just a pity the weather wasn’t better for our stay only one day of sun

I went there on an evening walk with my family. It was dark outside, so the view was amazing. Whole the bay was in lights, we could even see the Brixham on the other end of the bay. It was an unforgettable walk.

Yes it's completely free just a stiff climb. The down side is there is no wheel chair access because there are stairs at periods.
