It's taken a while but the pub has been gutted and partially refronted so that it is now part of the Plymouth College of Art pre degree course complex.

Closed presumably forever as a pub. Work well under way to convert into space for novice art and design students working towards a foundation diploma. Will be up and running by summer 2017.
