Lovely relaxing area to walk around from Oreston to Hooe. The footpath is slightly overgrown in places but it ideal for children and cyclists. The lake has a selection of wrecks and permanent and migratory birds.

Lovely spot for a quick picnic. A lot of modern waterside flats and houses have been thrown up round here recently but the castellated gate hose and the well laid out woodland of Radford Park is good to look at.

A lovely walk, feels really woodland-y for being so close to the city. Nice little stream for splashing in :)
