A busy pub with a lively atmosphere. Excellent menu choices and quality. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from sitting outside but it was lovely to be able to sit by the log burner after our meal and enjoy a drink.

Located right on the river and next to the pretty bridge that gives this place its name, this pub is a perfect spot for a weekend stroll in the sunshine. The food is great (Sunday roasts are divine!) but it does get quite busy so...More

Beautiful setting, by the river. Quintessentially British pub, we were doing Castle Drogo walk so this was enroute, sat outside in the sunshine having a cream tea listening to the river. Definitely worth a visit

It is a lovely spot. The pub inside seemed a bit tired but the outside is right by the river and some nice beers on offer for a much needed walking pit stop. Didn’t order any food though but it was busy enough!
