Pretty village, lovely looking pub. Hopelessly out of control dogs running around the tables outside. Most of the food was quite acceptable if not very exciting......great shame that it advertises fresh local food when possible yet produces sad, tired, previously frozen sweetcorn at a time...More

Needed somewhere to stop off en-route down to Cornwall. Phoned ahead and managed to book a table. Four of us each had a really tasty homemade main course meal cooked quickly. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
