Long story short: my 11 year old son, my 74 year father and I (50) did the full length Segway experience in July 2016 and it was great: friendly staff... solid training first to learn how to handle the machines... and then a highly enjoyable romp through the forest culminating in a steep uphill incline which the Segway powered up... I was very nervous about trying this, but in the end, had the Time of my life. Our instructor Seb was brilliant, he was very funny but also serious during health and safety. We had family visiting from Australia and they had a blast. Looking forward to trying the safari course next time. I thought it was value for money.

My wife purchased a voucher for this for my Christmas present and then came along too! The location in the forest centre was very busy with lots of people trying out new bikes or just working off the Christmas pudding. Booking was essential. Safety rules were handed out to be read followed by helmets. Then followed a comprehensive training session... More

I bought this as a birthday present for my husband. Our children are aged 11 and 14. We all loved it and didn't want the session to end (could have done with another hour). Seb was our instructor, he put us at ease, he was funny but still very serious about safety and a brill instructor. We will be booking... More

Four of us booked a Safari trip and it was fantastic fun. You get shown how to use a Segway to start with and really easy, so give it a go. Scenery is spectacular and the staff easy going and a right laugh. 5 Stars and a must to do. Good work guys. We'll be back soon.

Highly recommend this experience! The instructor (Abby) was fantastic - friendly. It also really reassuring. Through safety briefing and practice session followed by a beautiful trail through the woods. It's much easier than it looks - went with my parents and despite their age and initial nervousness about the segways they had a wonderful time. A great treat.

Absolutely fantastic! Our 16 year old's choice for his birthday with his mates & it was a huge success. We had been a couple of years ago & this trip was just as good. Staff are friendly & good fun, there to make sure everyone has the best time. Very good value for money. Superb location. Wrap up warm in... More

Bit of a last minute decision to visit here but so glad we did. Training is provided on an individual basis: getting on/off the Segway (not quite as simple as you might imagine); moving forward and stopping; and finally steering. And then you're off on to the forest trails, in your group. Each group is escorted by one of the... More
