Excellent beach, fantastic for an early morning run, walk, paddle. The beach is kept clean and the bins are emptied frequently as the seagulls are very clever at taking items out of the bins. The café and beach bars are excellent with a large variety...More

Fantastic beach on a sunny day. No litter and the view was breathtaking. A perfect family beach. Can't see how anyone wouldn't be impressed with the location.

Take the children they will love it especially if you have a hot week like we have just had. Can be too hot or a bit windy so take some shade or a wind brake.

Very clean beach with sand. Nice coffee shop right on beach. Just watch out for those seagulls, one snatched my ice cream from my hand as I was eating it.

This is a beautiful and quiet part of St Ives with several cafes and fine white sand. Good for coffee and lunches but also patrolled by gangs of hungry seagulls. One stole my pristine custard tart right ou of my hand!

Excellent safe sandy beach. Facities are very good and varied. No dogs allowed on the beach during the summer.

It's flat so great for paddle boarding. They do hire surf boards but you do surfing on the beach on the other side of St. Ives.

There in April and you couldn't take your dog on the beach then. However Porthgwidden beach nearby allows dogs.
