Can be found in various ways but the best way is to use the train. Walk from the station through some narrow streets and you have found a little gem. Worth the trip. You won't be disappointed.

Very well monitored by life guards. Gentle waves, great for kids. Toilets, cafe and stores. Body board rentals and surf school. Not too crowded and right near town.

This beach is suitable for all,nice white fine sandy Beach with plenty of room. This is the beach for Surfers too,but the one attraction is the sunsets (Wonderful)

We walked passed Porthmeor Beach via Hellesveor Cliffs from Trevalgan the walk offered stunning views and the beach itself was stunning with beautiful blue waters, it was busier than most beaches we had seen in Cornwall so get there early for a good spot.

You have walk down from the top of the city to this amazing beautiful Turquoise clear beach.. it starts out with pebble for 10 feet and then white sand to enjoy in the waters.. You could go deep into the beach and feel safe.. Plenty...More

This is the surfing beach. It's clean and very safe. Yards and yards of sand suitable for kids and adults alike. Excellent facilities.

You can't go wrong with St Ives beaches. Just arrive early if you want to park. Facilities nearby are perfect -- plenty of variety for eating and drinking. Clean toilets around. Clean sandy beach.

I don't believe so, mu understanding is they are allowed on from October to Easter.

If your stopping near there are buses,taxis, but as we were near the leisure centre we walked from there .there is a large car park there.
