It seems that Cornwall Council have changed the rules to now allow dogs on Porthmeor Beach at the height of the Summer season. As a result people now consider it fine to take their dogs down to the beach for a crap before 8am or...More

In my opinion the best beach is St Ives - plenty of space for everyone and very scenic with good views and nearby coast walking. Even with it's large space it does get busy at Easter.

I don't believe so, mu understanding is they are allowed on from October to Easter.

If your stopping near there are buses,taxis, but as we were near the leisure centre we walked from there .there is a large car park there.
