Steep hill but wonderful beach

Beautiful views. Station nearby but a very steep hill to the beach. Nice restaurant / cafe on beach but not cheap

Lovely sandy beach with a little ice cream shop on the beach and a restaurant up some stairs. Didn't eat in the restaurant however very handy to have toilets near by and it looked nice with inside and outside seating. Beautiful long stretch of sand to play on and little caves to explore in the rocks. As we visited in... More

This bay was a short walk from our hotel and really is worth a visit. It is such a tranquil place (well in February anyway) and provides a great view of the surrounding area.

You can't beat this beach on a nice day. It is located out of the centre of St Ives which suits me as it was a little quieter. Had our SUPs out and cruised around the place for a few hours. The beach cafe hire out parking spaces in the summer for a fair price too so it pays to... More

Beautiful spot on a glorious sunny February morning. Have a coffee in the Hotel conservatory before strolling along the beach.

Absolutely stunning...we think of Carbis Bay as our second home. We visit several times a year and even got married there in 2016 making this an extra special place. People are so friendly and welcoming, views are out of this world!! Can't wait to come back in the next few weeks!!

We walked to Carbis Bay along Hain Walk from Porthminster. The views in all directions are incredible, possibly more so after the overnight storm with heavily laden clouds in the distance but shafts of sunlight on Carbis Bay. At each turn of the walk a different aspect of Carbis Bay is revealed & the path meanders over & around the... More
