This place is amazing. It's stuck in time and the atmosphere is from another era. Just walking around gives you a real peace of mind

Visited this afternoon, windy, grey and overcast and was going to settle for a street walk in Falmouth with the dog. However chose to drive out to Trebah and so thankful to have made the effort. Peaceful and relaxing afternoon tea, as ever delicious scones but it is the stunning Christmas decorations which are so uplifting and joyous. Trebah should... More

Visited here on a November day with rain threatening so very quiet. Walked down to the beach and watched the waves. Hydrangeas still in flower and the gunnera had been especially well managed. Great children's playground hidden in woodland. Had the best hot chocolate I'd ever tasted in the cafe.

as long as you don't go in school holidays! :o) These are fabulous gardens that has been lovingly laid out. There are so many different areas to explore, all with good pathways and signage. There are also dedicated wheelchair pathways. You can get down to the sea too, if you wish. Even on a November weekday, the greenery is wonderful.... More

we visit Trebah a few times each year. This was our late autumn visit when the leaves are falling and there is some glorious colour. Because we are both hobbling a bit we took the path right around the edge this time which gave an interesting perspective and lots of places for photographs. The views out over the river are... My partner and I chose to visit the gardens on a glorious November day for a more sedate walk to the ones we normally do. It was just stunning here! The colours of Autumn at their finest. Yes, a lot of the plants were past their best but seriously the sheer size of them were just remarkable! Will definitely return... More

My sister, godmother and her hubby and I are [regular] visitors whenever in the Falmouth area. A great bacon bap and a decent cup of coffee before the journey begins gives one the energy for the walk. Our two small dogs were well-behaved, for once, and staff were kind to supply cold water for animals - always nice to see... More

Absolutely beautiful gardens - breathtaking and interesting. Plenty for the kids to do. Even teenagers. The maze is just fantastic fun. Make sure you take a camera as the views are amazing and the plants even more so. Even the common and mundane little flowers you might overlook in your garden are highlighted in this glorious setting
