Absolutely wonderful. We booked an offer with 2 treatments and afternoon tea. We chose a facial and back message...both amazing. The thermal suite is lovely and lots of products to try. Afternoon tea was delicious. We will definitely return.

I do like a bit of pampering when I stay at the grosvenor, enjoyed a Faciel for sensitive skin I would have liked a bit more of a massage to fill in the moments when the treatment was taking effect.

Visited with my husband for a special treat. My facial was lovely, the girl knew her products and how to use them. It was a great experience and I would visit again. My husband had a back massaged which he said was great.
