If you want to spend a good family day out or your interested in military history I can highly recommend the museum the staff are very friendly and go out of there way to help all visitors it’s a must if your visiting Chester

Lovely staff friendly an informative with lots of knowledge. Interactive for the kids and a lovely little store for gifts and memorabilia thanks for my tie pins and tie.

Great museum friendly helpful staff ideal for school visits parking near by our there is a park and ride. Full of interesting facts and displays and the museum shop is very reasonable with prices.

Small museum but a fascinating insight into the Cheshire Regiment going back to its origins. Well worth the money for an interesting couple of hours.

A well laid out and welcoming museum that tells the story of local regiments through their earliest to today. Excellent display. That educates you about the military history of our country.. well worth a visit even if you are not a military buff. Helpful staff.

Sorry, have just seen this - they've never had any problems letting my dog in, so I'd say they'd be happy to have your dog look round
